The right candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask efficiently, greeting customers while entering data and managing general front-desk administrative duties.
In addition, the candidate will provide administrative support to the lead attorney at this office.
The perfect fit will be a candidate who genuinely enjoys being a key part of a busy team, looking for a long-term position they can make their own.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phones and return phone calls on behalf of the lead attorney; transfer calls to the appropriate team members.
Process incoming and outgoing mail and other deliveries.
Accurately and efficiently enter contracts into Softpro.
Draft and send correspondence.
Review, prioritize and respond to the lead attorney's emails.
Schedule appointments for the lead attorney.
Assist with additional administrative tasks in support of the lead attorney.
Qualifications/Requirements Previous reception/office/data entry experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); general comfort with computers/technology.
Friendly personality, happy to assist clients and co-workers.
Well-developed problem solving skills.
Associate's Degree required.
Experience in a law office and/or using Softpro is a bonus.
