Aspire of WNY is seeking an Executive Vice President of Service Operations.
This role will ensure the operations of service divisions run smoothly for Aspire.
This position is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives in the service divisions by ensuring proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively maintain and grow the menu of services offered by the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a Human Service Discipline (ie.
Psychology, Social Work, Speech, OT, PT, Education, Rehabilitation, etc) or related area Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated leadership experience or in an executive leadership role Minimum of five (5) years of operations experience serving individuals with disabilities.
