PSC Coordinator

General Description:
To assist the Professional Skills Center's (PSC) Regional Healthcare Director in the day-to-day operations and management of the entire PSC team in support of market goals and objectives. Help to ensure accurate collection of reporting of sales data, student registration and retention and assist in managing monthly expenses and revenue goals tied to annual budget. Oversee internal healthcare operational administrative efforts, along with inside healthcare sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Administrative
Prepare and send student and class confirmation letters for agency funding and governmental programs and assist with payment options. Confirmation calls to enrolled students.
Student, class and corporate clients' data entry into contact management software (Siebel).
Prepare completion certificates, class rosters, post assessments, etc. Order student books through the Online Bookstore and publishers. Maintain client and student file folders.
Assist instructional staff in preparing hand-outs and classroom-based materials.
Maintain student enrollment and pass/fail certification spreadsheets and log sheets.
Maintenance of reception area program flyers stand and PSC bulletin boards on
Campus. Prepare bulk mailings. Filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
Operations/ Inside Sales
Assist in overseeing WNY market training division. Assist in generating training revenue at or exceeding the annual goal. Maintenance of sales activity records, sales reports, monthly budgets/expenses. Assist in collection of and reporting of sales/revenue data. Keep PSC Director apprised of business outcomes in an effort to remain on track.
Participate actively in business and community organizations, trade shows, showcases and community events to actively market and promote business. Assist in scheduling marketing events to promote training programs. Call on, follow-up and interview student prospects.
RequirementsSKILLS AND
Experience:
Associates Degree or higher required
Minimum 3 years previous administrative work experience required.
Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred
Cold calling and networking experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 50 wpm
Ability to work in a busy office environment
Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load
Ability to interact well with students, staff, and faculty
Full time position - Salaried Non-Exempt

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
